FULLY HOSTED AND SUPERVISED BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Every birthday party is fully hosted and supervised. If the event is for kids, you as a parent are more than welcome to join in on the fun and play some games or alternatively you have 1.5 hours of peace and quiet in the house to sit back and relax while entertainment is being taken care of in the trailer.
SAFTEY OF PARTY GUESTS
Safety is of top concern. If parking in front of a home, we arrive curbside with the trailer door facing your driveway which makes it incredibly easy and safe to get in and out of the trailer!
BIRTHDAY PARTY THEMES
Every birthday party is based on a theme selected by you or the birthday boy/girl. You can check out our themes on the party theme page. We only play age appropriate games that have been approved by you.
BIRTHDAY PARTY CONCEPT
Throughout the party, guests work together with their friends to get cred for things in the games (ie. winning a race in Mario Kart, finding an item in Minecraft, points at the end of each round of Halo, etc.)
BUT, they can also get points for things outside of the gaming aspect, such as best victory dance, best sportsmanship or best goofy face. We want there to be somewhat of a competitive atmosphere, but at the same time we want everyone to feel like they’re winning and having a great time!
Ultimately, if the event is a birthday party, the birthday boy/girl is always the winner. They get bonus cred for being the birthday boy/girl!
TAKE AWAYS
At the end of the birthday party, all party guests also receive Game Asylum stickers to take home. We also offer add-on options for loot bags. You can check out our add-ons on the add-ons page.
PHOTOS
We take pictures throughout the entire birthday party, with a photo op at the end with our Asylum Cup Trophy, this is like a mini-replica of the Stanley Cup. We get group shots with the birthday boy/girl (and winner) holding up the trophy. By the end of the party we have an entire album of photos that we post in a dedicated album on Facebook and send you a direct link, so that you can download, print and share the pictures as you please. We respect your privacy and will only post on Facebook if you give your consent. Alternatively we can provide you access through a privately shared album on Game Asylum’s Google Photo’s account.
