We park curbside in front of your house when possible. If for whatever reason curbside parking does not work for your property, please call us to work out the safest alternate parking location available in your area. 1-866-527-9586 Game Asylum drivers are experienced and capable drivers, but in order to ensure the safety of our trailer, truck, and your property, we do NOT back into or pull into residential driveways or dead end streets.

We need about 50 feet of space to accommodate both the truck and trailer. We can easily park curbside on the street in front of your house, or in a parking lot near by. In many cases, we will block your driveway and use the entire space curbside in front of your house. At times, we may need to also block a neighbours' driveway, which is fine, provided you have their permission for us to do so. To ensure a smooth arrival and prompt start time, ensure no cars are parked in front of your house and the houses on either side of you 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. We do NOT pull into or back into residential driveways for the safety of our equipment and your property. For corporate events, we tow the trailer practically anywhere that’s paved. We cannot provide a refund if we are not able to park safely. However, we can find alternate location nearby. If in doubt, call our team to discuss 1-866-527-9586

We have TWO home bases for our awesome Gaming Trailers: Cambridge and Niagara Falls. Delivery cost is determined based on the distance to the venue address. This price will be confirmed at time of booking. Minimum delivery charge is $40+tax.

We recommend booking your party at least one month prior to the party date to ensure that the date and timeslot you are interested in is available. Our schedule for March-July and September-November are always filled very quickly, and we recommend booking months in advance to ensure that you get your first choice for the date and time slot. There is no better time to book than right now to ensure you get the date and time you desire.

The Game Asylum trailers are self-powered and fully climate controlled. We are able to host parties throughout the year. However, if we experience severe weather like excessive cold, ice and snow storms, excessive winds or heavy lightning we respectfully reserve the right to reschedule your party in the interest of your guests, our staff and our equipment. We will go to great lengths to ensure that your party goes off without a hitch. Unfortunately, mother nature occasionally leaves us no choice and limited notice. We promise to give you as much notice as possible to contact your guests and reschedule the event. Our Party Planner will go over this with you at the time of booking during winter months. Safety is paramount with Game Asylum. As a Rule of thumb, if you wouldn’t want yourself or one of your loved ones out in the weather, neither do we.

Payments made are not refundable, but are transferable to another date and time with a minimum 24 hours notice. This credit on account has no expiry. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 15% rescheduling fee deducted from the credit on account

To best insure the best possible experience for all guests, we host parties for children 5 turning 6 and up. We appeal to many ages, young and old, for many different kinds of events such as birthday parties, team parties, school events, corporate team building events and much more! The Party Heroes, lead the excitement. They are there to ensure that all the players have a great time regardless of their age and experience level. ***Players 5 and under need to be accompanied by an adult if visiting the Game Asylum trailer to ensure a fun and safe experience.

We can accommodate up to 16 players at a time all playing at once. Our personal experience has proven that 12 is a great number to aim for, as it allows gaming freedom in the trailer for all players, and an overall better experience for the birthday boy or girl.

Parents can either join in on the fun take advantage of the peace and quiet while our Party Heroes host and supervise the excitement. Since we are on, or close to your property you can always pop your head in to see what’s going on. Kids will frequently run back to the house for something to eat or drink or to go to the bathroom but don’t expect them to stay long!

No food or drinks of any kind are allowed in the trailer. Liquids and electronics do not mix. As well, we serve hundreds of children with allergies and must keep the trailers a completely contaminate free and safe area for everyone. We always recommend planning the food and cake portion of your party outside of your scheduled timeslot with us to ensure maximum playtime for your guests!

You will select the four games you wish to start the party with, and also the appropriate game rating you are comfortable with. If the guests request to play a game outside of the advised game rating, the party heroes will seek your approval before putting on the game Game Asylum uses the same video ratings as the video game industry. We offer co-operative/multi player games to ensure the most guests can play at one time. We do not offer online or single player games (no Roblox, fortnite, etc) Some of the most popular games we find are Super Smash Bros, Mario kart, Minecraft, Pokémon, and Rocket League!
